Slaughtneil Ulster Senior Champions again!

South Derry GAA side Slaughtneil were successful in retaining their Ulster title yesterday, when they defeated Cavan Gaels in the Senior Final. 

The game played in Athletic Grounds, Armagh ended with a score of 1-15 to 0-10. 

The club has been extremely successful in the past few years, in both the Senior Ladies and Men's divisions, now completing the 'double treble':

In both 2016 and now 2017, they were Ulster Hurling, Football and Camogie Senior Champions. 

Their Senior ladies also went on to become All Ireland Camogie Champions last season.
