Three men have been charged following a serious assault in the Carlisle Road area of Derry/Londonderry on Sunday 3 May.
A police spokesperson said, "The three, aged 17, 34 and 38, have each been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.
"They are expected to appear at Londonderry Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday 5 May.
"As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service."
