A union says around 3,000 workers in Craigavon and Dungannon will be ballotted in a row over pay and conditions.
Unite is concerned about what it's called 'deteriorating relations' between the workforce and management.
Last year, the agri-food firm was taken over by US Company, Pilgrim's Pride.
Regional Officer, Sean McKeever has told Q Radio, 1,000 workers have left in the last six months alone.

Adding, "We continue to liaise with Union representatives and we are hopeful that agreement can be found in the coming days."
