It's believed a father from Northern Ireland has been killed in a jet-ski accident in France, according to reports.
His three year old son was also on board and is said to be in intensive care.
Local media say the 41-year old hit a wall at full speed after loosing control yesterday morning.
They were holidaying with family at Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, near Nice.
