The latest Department of Health figures show another 16 coronavirus deaths in Northern Ireland.
The department has also confirmed a further 506 new cases in the past 24 hours.
Both Friday figures show an increase from yesterday's totals of 10 deaths and 412 new infections.

The department's death toll since the start of the pandemic has risen to 1,915.
There are now 636 people with Covid-19 being treated in local hospitals, with 67 in the intensive care wards.

The Department of Health also on Friday afternoon issued an update on vaccinations here.
