MLA Paul Frew is asking Mid and East Antrim Council to consider providing extra disabled car parking spaces at Ballymena's multi-storey.
He says some constituents with mobility issues have told him that they struggle to find adequate parking near shops.
A full review of Council-controlled car parks will report in September.
