Banbridge Health Care Centre is up for two prizes in what's known as the 'property Oscars'.
The facility has been shortlisted in the Community benefit and Infrastructure categories of the RICS Awards 2017.
Downpatrick's English Street has also been nominated for in the Residential category.
The prizes will be presented at The La Mon Hotel and Spa in Belfast on 25th May with category winners competing against other regional winners at the UK Grand Final in November 2017.
