The sale of Belfast City Airport has been confirmed.
The facility is to be bought over by an investment firm called 3i.
Current owners EISER are selling the airport which is used by around 2.7m people every year.
It's not clear what price was agreed.
However it's thought the airport will wnt the new owners to invest in car parking and shopping facilities.
