The Housing Executive is to spend just over £13 million pounds upgrading and maintaing its housing stock here.
Senior staff met with Fermanagh and Omagh District Council last night to update councillors on its plans over the coming years.
During the meeting it was revealed that 11 new homes were planned in the area over the next three years..
That's compared to 63 over the previous year.
