A new law coming in on October the First could spell confusion for bars and restaurants.
That's according to a Ballymena Councillor.
New pavement café legislation means diners will be able to sip their alcoholic drink outside "on the pavement" along with food.
Councillor Billy Henry welcomes the move, but says clarification is needed:
