Covid-19: Two deaths, 2,486 new cases

Two more people have died in the past 24 hours after having tested positive for Covid-19.

A further 2,486 new cases have been diagnosed.

There are 483 people in hospital of whom five are in ICU.

Four of the five in ICU are being ventilated.

Ten hospitals are operating over capacity today.

The death toll since the pandemic began stands at 3,195.

There are oubreaks in 165 care homes across Northern Ireland.

The age group with the highest percentage of new cases is 35 to 39 year olds.
