Electric Ireland's Darkness Into Light Walk will be taking place this Saturday, all over the world.
The charity helps to raise awareness of suicide and self-harm, while raising vital funds for suicide prevention and bereavement.
Tyrone and Fermanagh are no different in showing their support for the cause.
In Tyrone there will be walks in Cookstown and Strabane; and in Fermanagh, they'll be in Belleek and Lisnaskea.

One of the Cookstown organisers, Una Campbell says the event is symbolic and aims to reach out to those affected by suicide:
Sinn Fein's Pat Doherty has shown his support for the event, along with local GAA clubs and Irish singer and musician, Donna Taggart.
The events across Northern Ireland will commence at 4.15am on Saturday.
