An elderly couple has been robbed by two men in the Glen Estate in Ards.
It happened at around lunch time earlier today.
We're told one of the thieves pretended to be from the Water Service and distracted the victim at the door.
Meanwhile the other individual involved, rummaged through the house and stole a considerable amount of cash.
The only description the PSNI has at the moment is a thin male with dark hair, wearing a navy top with jeans and possibly has a north west accent.
A white van with a roof rack may have also been involved.
