A man from Enniskillen was convicted at Enniskillen Magistrates' Court yesterday for claiming benefits that he wasn't entitled to.
The 36 year old of Drumbeg claimed almost £2,500 in Disability Allowance by exagerating the extent of his disability.
He was sentenced to 3 months in prison, that was suspended for 12 months.
Any outstanding money that was wrongfully obtained was also required to be paid to the Department for Communities.
