It's believed a fire at a derelict building in Lurgan was started deliberately.
The high street was closed to traffic for a time this morning, as emergency services extinguished the blaze.
Northern Ireland Fire Service Group Commander Max Joyce has this message for those behind it.
He told Q Radio, no members of the public were put in danger.
Speaking to Q Radio, Upper Bann MLA Carla Lockhart says it caused significant damage and disruption.
