Firefighters are tackling a significant blaze on Queen’s Island in Belfast.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) said their personnel are at the scene on East Twin Road where a number of cars are on fire.
An NIFRS spokesperson said: “The initial call was received at 12.14pm today (Wednesday 2 September 2026).
“The incident is ongoing.”
