Five men have been charged with taking part in an unnotified public procession.
It follows an illegal parade in Derry-Londonderry on Easter Monday.
The suspects aged between 29 and 50 will appear before Londonderry Magistrates Court on the 25th of April.
As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
