Police have confirmed that 14-year-old Joshua Dearden has been found.
It comes after they appealed for help in locating the the boy who went missing from the Blacks Road area of Belfast.
His fanmily had become concerned after he disappeared on with his electric scooter at around 1am this morning.
Within hours of an appeal issued on social media - and assurances from relatives that he was not in any trouble - Joshua was found.
A PSNI spokesperson says he is ''safe and well''.
