The Slieve Russell Hotel in Co Cavan remains closed this morning following a norovirus outbreak.
The highly contagious winter vomiting bug has struck at the four star hotel.
Residents, staff and customers fell ill earlier this week.
A Health and Safety Executive spokesperson said clinical testing confirmed the outbreak was caused by norovirus.
People in Fermanagh and Tyrone are frequent visitors to the hotel.
