A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an arson attack at a house in County Antrim.
It happened at a property in Maybin Park in Kells at around 3:45 this morning.
The semi-detached house was empty, but was ablaze when emergency crews arrived.
They extinguished the flames, and helped to evacuate a neighbour.
