A man with a knife has stolen a substantial sum of money from a Larne hotel.
It happened at the premises on the Coast Road shortly before 11 o'clock last night.
Police say a staff member was left 'extremely shaken' by the incident.
The culprit was dressed in dark jeans, dark hooded coat and wore a white scarf over his face.
After leaving the hotel the man got into a vehicle which was seen heading in the direction of Larne.
