The MoD has until Midday to explain why it took so long to share a list of almost 5-thousand soldiers - who may have been involved in operations near the time of the Ballymurphy Massacre.
An inquest for the 11 people who died in 1971 - was due to get underway this month - after years of premilinary hearings.
The court had previously requested the information - which has only recently been provided.

The spreadsheet is believed to contain 4,773 entries of individuals from the Parachute Regiment, Queen's Regiment and Queen's Division who had been serving at the time of the killings.
The Coroner's Office had been attempting to trace former soldiers who may have been at Ballymurphy during the shootings to call as witnesses to the inquest.
