The Moy Road in Dungannon has been closed for two weeks to accommodate the SGN Network's Gas to the West project.
While traffic diversions have been put in place, the works will still affect bus services in the town.
That includes the 261/273 Belfast service.
This will result in all express services to and from Belfast, operating via the Old Eglish Road.
All request stops between Strangmore Roundabout and Dungannon Bus Station will be suspended.
Meanwhile, the 67/72/75a/377a services will also be altered until the work is complete.
It'll operate via the Killyman Road and Gortmerron Link Road.
All stops between Gortmerron Link Road and Ranfurly Road will be suspended.
However a temporary stop will be placed at the Gortmerron Link Road to accommodate passengers that normally use the Moy Road stops.
