The man who planned to create a floating hotel in Coleraine says he's demanding answers after the boat he purchased for it sank in the Irish Sea.
Paddle-wheeler MV Oliver Cromwell sank just off the coast of Wales on Friday while being towed to its new home at the Crannagh Marina complex.
The vessel was part of a £500k development project for the site, aiming to satisfy a boost in tourism to the area.
Seamus Carey owns the marina, and told Q Radio he's furious that it's been lost at sea.
