Ballymena mother Sarah Lamont will today donate a kidney to her young son.

It's just months since she gave four year old Joe part of her liver!

He's battled a number of life-threatening conditions since birth.

The kidney transplant operation is taking place at a Birmingham hospital.

And Q Radio's Roger Donnelly spoke to Sarah earlier this week before they headed off:
