An arson attack on a flat in Bushmills is being treated as a sectarian attack.
A wheelie bin was pushed against the front door of a flat in the Co Antrim village and set alight shortly after 7am this morning.
A woman who was in the Silverstream Court property was treated for smoke inhalation.
A man who was also in the flat did not require treatment.
Police said the blaze damaged the front door and entrance hall.
The PSNI confirmed it was treating it as a "sectarian motivated hate crime".
