A suspected firearm found in west Belfast will now be looked over by experts.
The item was discovered on the Upper Springfield Road last night.
It was the second night in a row the area faced a search operation.
Local Councillor, Tim Attwood has told Q Radio people just want peace.
The suspected firearm has been recovered from the scene and taken away for the further examination
