A 17-year-old boy has died following a two vehicle crash on Clanabogan Road in Omagh.
The teenager was a passenger in a black Audi which was struck in a head on collision with a white Mercedes.
It happened at around 20.25 on Sunday evening.
Three other people in the Audi, a male and two females, were taken to hospital.
The female driver of the other vehicle was also taken for treatment.
Their injuries are not thought to be life threatening but some have been described as having serious injuries.
