The Western health and Social Care Trust will be hosting free awareness evenings; based on Diabetes, Asthma and Epilepsy in young people.
They're inviting people who are involved with young people outside of school to educate them about the conditions; such as leaders or supervisors of young people at youth groups or sports clubs.
Specialist Nurses will be at the evenings to provide specialist advice, offering a question and answer opportunity to those who attend.
It's important that people who work with young people are made aware of the conditions and know what to do in the event that someone with the condition would need support or assistance.
For those interested in attending, there will be one tomorrow in the Aisling Centre, Enniskillen at half 7.
Another will take place in Omagh next week at 7 O'Clock on Wednesday 15th March. It will be held in the postgraduate Centre, Tyrone County Hospital.
