A 24-year-old man is due before Ballymena Magistrates court today facing charges of attempted murder.
He is also accused of carrying a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence and hijacking.
A family with three children were targeted at their home in the Brustin Brae Road area of Larne last Monday.
Two other man have already made court appearances over the attack.
