Three men cautioned after 'free climbing' Belfast high-rise

Three men have been cautioned by police after scaling Windsor House on Bedford Street, Belfast.

It's understood the men were free climbing - where the climber scales a building or structure without safety equipment, using only their own ability. 

The trio were issued with Penalty Notices for disorder after allegedly making it to the roof of the 23-floor building.
