The funeral takes place tomorrow of a young Cookstown mum of two who died after falling ill suddenly at the weekend.
Jolene O’Hagan from Milburn Park was engaged to be married to Johnathan.
It’s understood she died of a clot.
Her funeral takes place tomorrow (Thursday) at Derryloran Parish Church.
The family has asked for donations to be made to the Thrombosis UK charity.
Tributes have been paid to Jolene on Facebook.
In a statement, Dungannon Swifts Football Club says: “The Chairman and Committee of Dungannon Swifts were deeply shocked and saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Swifts fan Jolene O'Hagan. We pass our deepest sympathy to her partner Johnathan and their two young children. Our thoughts and prayers are with them and all her family and friends at this tragic time.
