Two men have been charged in connection with an armed robbery at an off-licence in north Belfast.
Two members of staff were threatened with a suspected firearm and cash and cigarettes were stolen after three men forced entry into the business on the Ballysillan Road on Monday.
A 25 year old man has been charged with robbery, possession of a firearm or imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and 2 counts of possession of Class C controlled drug.
A 20 year old man has been charged with possession of firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, robbery, possession of a Class B controlled drug and possession of a Class C controlled drug.
Both men are due to appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court today, Wednesday 27th November.
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
