A woman and two young children have died in a house fire in Dublin.
It broke out at an apartment at Cluainin Cronan in Clondalkin at half past two this morning.
Gardai say the 27 year old woman and two girls, aged two and three, were taken to Tallaght Hospital.
All three were pronounced dead a short time later.
Another woman in her 30s and a four year old boy have also been taken to hospital.
Their conditions are described as critical.
Seven residents were evacuated from neighbouring apartments during the blaze.
The scene is sealed off and a technical examination will take place later today.
