A woman is to appear in court charged under the Abortion Services Act with alleged incidents in a safe access zone.
The woman in her 50s is charged with three counts of doing an act in a safe access zone.
The charges relate to Causeway Hospital in Coleraine between September 3 and November 19.
The woman is due to appear before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court on January 5.
Safe access zones were introduced at health service locations which offer abortion and birth control services in Northern Ireland in 2023.
Under the law, harassing, obstructing or interfering with someone attending an abortion clinic is a criminal offence.
