A woman has been charged with attempted murder following what police are describing as an 'incident' in Belfast yesterday.
The 28 year old is due before Belfast magistrates this morning.
Police haven't given further details.
A PSNI statement said:
Police have charged a 28 year old woman with attempted murder.
She is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court this morning, Tuesday, 1 October.
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
