A protest will take place in Belfast later in solidarity with the 'yellow vest' movement spreading across Europe.
Weekend protests in France have been ongoing for 9 weeks now.
They began over rising fuel prices and high living costs but have since developed into a wider anti-government revolt.

Around 80-thousand police officers are being deployed across the province in preparation for today's events.
Five-thousand will be deployed in Paris alone.
Tear gas and water cannons have been used by police there to deal with previous 'Gilets Jaunes' protests that have turned violent.
Many of those protesting say they feel neglected and abandoned by politicians.
Meanwhile in Belfast,
