The Belfast boxer beat Armenia's Aram Avagyan.

Belfast and Team Ireland boxer Michael Conlan is through to the quarter-finals of the men's bantamweight at the Olympics.

The twenty-four year-old overcame Aram Avagyan of Armenia in Rio.

His next match will be against Vladimir Nikitin of Russia tomorrow.

He says he's clear about what he needs to do.
