A house has been damaged during a fire in Portstewart.
The NIFRS and PSNI were called to the scene in the Inishowen Park area at around 5.50am this morning.
30 firefighters and six appliances were dispatched at the height of the blaze, which has now been extinguished.
It is understood the fire started at an oil tank on the property but spread to the property.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
NIFRS are currently attending an incident in the Inishowen Park area of Portstewart.

Meanwhile, a nearby resident said "I woke just before six to the sound of water being sprayed then an explosion, the pressure wave rattled my windows, must have been an oil tank.
"This is the second major house fire in 48 hours in relative close proximity"
This is the second major house fire in the area in a few days.
