The company released a statement with regards the jobs this morning.
43 jobs are at risk of redundancy at UTV in Belfast.
16 were already under threat, however the broadcaster says another 27 roles could go.
It means a 25 percent decrease in the workforce.
The station was sold to ITV in February of this year.
Meanwhile Virgin Media has bought over UTV Ireland in a 10 million euro deal.
