Forty-seven new jobs are coming to Newry.
It follows a£345,000 pound grant from Invest NI.
Start-up manufacturer Critical Power Systems will be filling the positions over the next three years.
The company designs, manufactures and supplies power distribution units to data centres.
It has announced it's to invest a further £2 million with support from Invest NI.
