Collegelands Private Nursing Home are adding ten new rooms to their existing premises.
The Dungannon based nursing home will also be refurbishing and upgrading other parts of the home.
When complete, there will be 30 single rooms in order to meet the increasing demand for space at the facility.
Ulster Bank financed the £450,000 investment.
Reported in the Fermanagh Herald, Patrick McAvoy; the director of the home stated that Ulster Bank's expert team played a crucial role in helping them make the investment a reality.
