A man in his 40's has died following a two car crash in Derry - Londonderry.
The collision happened at around 12.50am this morning on the Clooney Road.
A man and a woman, both aged in their 50's, were taken to hospital for treatment to their injuries which aren't thought to be life-threatening.
Inspector Smyth said:
"The rtc involved a silver Ford Ka and a grey Peugeot 308. I would ask anyone who may have witnessed the collision or the cars in the area to contact Strand Road Police Station or the Collision Investigation Unit on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 70 of 04/09/16."
The road remains closed this morning.
