Thousands of people are expected at the Belfast Pride Festival Parade later.
It's the centrepiece at the end of a week of special events across Belfast.
This morning - the Irish Taoiseach will be at a Pride Breakfast promoting the rights of LGBT people in Northern Ireland.
It's part of Leo Varadkar's first official visit here.
He said his attendance at Pride's not an attempt to unsettle anyone and that marriage equality is for the Stormont Assembly to deal with when it's up and running.
It's as Q RADIO NEWS has been told the Pride Parade is both a celebration and a protest.
