There are calls for anyone with information on Northern Ireland's three remaining Disappeared to come forward.
Bishop of Dromore, John McAreavey led the funeral for Seamus Ruddy yesterday.
The 32-year-old teacher was secretly murdered and buried in France by the INLA in 1985.
Victims, Columba McVeigh, Joe Lynskey and Army Captain Robert Nairac have never been found.
The Bishop has told Q Radio News, "families deserve as a matter of justice to be able to give their loved ones a dignified funeral and until that happens there's just an emptiness".
Urging people with any information to come forward he added, "there's a good mechanism, a very safe mechanism for organising that. A good number of families have now had their prayers answered".
