A body has been recovered from the River Foyle in Derry - Londonderry.
Police say the remains were discovered near a plontoon at around 10.30am on Tuesday morning.
The PSNI and volunteers from Foyle Search and Rescue have been looking for a missing man in the area for more than a week.
A post mortem is due to be carried out in due course, however it's believed the remains could be those of Mark Gallagher who was last seen on October 13th.
The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time.
Search teams are continuing to try and locate a second man who's believed to have entered the water in recent weeks.
Volunteers looking for Niall McLaughlin are being asked to co-ordinate through Foyle Search and Rescue.
