Foyle Search and Rescue has confirmed that a body has been recovered from the River Foyle.
A spokesperson said that police are currently engaging with the relevant authorities following the recovery.
It comes as two local families continue long running searches for thier loved ones.
Jack Glenn entered the water from the Foyle Bridge at the start of February.
The 23 year old's loved ones have been holding hourly search operations along the river banks since.
Meanwhile Dean Millar's family have also joined the search operations.
The 18 year old from Creggan is thought to have entered the cold waters from the Craigavon Bridge on March 10th.
