A number of businesses have been damaged by a fire in The Diamond in Portstewart.
The alarm was first raised at 5am this morning, however, fire crews were called back to the area around 9.30am.
A chip shop, coffee shop and hairdressers have been damaged as a result.
An investigation into the cause of the blaze is now underway.
Motorists are advised that the Strand Road in Portstewart is currently closed at the junction with the Coleraine Road as our colleagues in the NIFRS deal with a fire.
