A county Armagh man is set to finish his "Long Walk Home" in just a few hours after a 12-week trek across Europe.
Eamonn Donnelly from Keady will have clocked around 2,500 kilometres to raise awareness of the need for more Dementia research.
He has been walking with his friend Sepp Tieber-Kessler as far as Dublin, starting in Austria to cross Europe including Germany, France, England, Wales and now Ireland.
The duo have been challenged physically and mentally for nearly three months as they've conquered all kinds of weather and terrain conditions as well as language barriers.
Eamonn is completely the final stages of the walk to Keady with family and friends and will be welcomed by the Lord Mayor at the Tommy Makem Arts Centre this evening.
Speaking to Q Radio's Simon Hunter, he said that his late mum Margaret, who died three years ago, was a huge inspiration for the walk:
