Latest figures from the Department of Health show 104 individuals have tested positive for covid-19 in Northern Ireland in the last 24 hours.
It brings the total number of confirmed cases in the region to 8,227.
No further deaths have been announced, therefore the death toll remains at 568.
The department's dashboard shows one person in Northern Ireland is being treated in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with covid-19.
Meanwhile, in the last seven days 554 people tested positive for covid-19 in Northern Ireland.
The majority of those confirmed cases, 237 were individuals aged between 20-39.

Meanwhile, newly formed East Belfast GAA has confirmed one of its members has tested positive for covid-19.
In a social media post it stated all club activity has been suspended until public health tracers conduct full contact assessment and tracing.
